Keeping the social objective in view the Trustees have steadfastly determined to consider the Lower Income Group as the Prime Target

Dormitories
Therefore as many as Eight Wards are exclusively kept as Dormitory wards. The dormitories are different for both men and women. Charges are only Rs. 400 per month.

Twin Occupancy
There are facilities for couples on the first floor where six rooms with attached bath and a cupboard and pantry are of twin occupancy and couples of advanced age live. Who pay Rs. 1000 per person per month.

Single Occupancy
With the passage of time and with individual requirement of a room with all the facilities (bathroom, pantry and cup board) were build with single occupancy. There are eight such rooms where charges are only Rs.1500 per month.
